DLS is a Davao-based company that rents forklifts — diesel or electric — to warehouses, plants, and logistics sites, often with certified operators for day and night shifts.

We started from a simple observation: most businesses don't want to own forklifts. They want goods moving inside their facilities, every shift, without capital tied up in machines, without a maintenance program, and without recruiting and managing full-time operators.

So that's the product we built. Clients sign a rental contract for a period — quarterly, six months, yearly. We assign units to their site or branch. Certified operators run those units on the shifts the client actually works. Hours are tracked, and billing arrives monthly: rental rate plus operator time, overtime, holidays, and related charges. Documented, predictable, done.

The word "Dependable" in our name is the standard we operate against. Equipment availability and operator coverage are the product — not one-off machine drop-offs. When a unit needs maintenance, that's our problem to solve, not yours. When a shift needs covering, the operator is scheduled, certified, and paid in line with Philippine labor norms — SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, holiday and night differential rules included.
